After interviewing 10 residents and 3 concierge staff, it became clear that the lack of real-time information about shared amenities was a major source of frustration.

For all 3 the apartments and shared spaces we have researched, there is no solution that provides real-time visibility into shared amenities.
LiveSpace addresses this gap by providing a real-time view of shared amenities, allowing residents to make informed decisions about their use.
